FAQ

Quick answers to common questions about ordering DTF gang sheets.
What’s the difference between “Build a Gang Sheet” and “Upload a Gang Sheet”?
Build is the simplest option. Just upload your files, enter the quantity you want for each design, and the builder automatically lays everything out for printing.

Upload is for customers who already have a finished, ready-to-print gang sheet file.
What file types do you accept?
We accept most file types, including PNG, EPS, PDF, AI, and PS.
What resolution do you recommend?
For best results, your artwork should be high resolution (ideally 300 DPI at print size). Low-resolution images can print blurry or pixelated.

If your file includes a background, that background will print. If you need the background removed, the Build a Gang Sheet option makes it easy to remove backgrounds during setup.
Will the printed colors match my screen exactly?
Screens can display colors differently. We print for strong, vibrant output, but exact color matching can vary based on artwork and screen settings.
What’s your turnaround time?
We focus on fast turnaround, including same-day production when possible, depending on order time, file readiness, and production volume.
Is there a same-day cutoff time?
For same-day processing, please submit your order with a print-ready file by 11:00 AM.

Orders placed after the cutoff are still handled as quickly as possible, and we often are able to have them ready the same day, but same-day completion cannot be guaranteed after the deadline.
Do you review or fix my files?
We make our best effort to look over files, and if we notice any obvious issues (such as wrong size, very low resolution, or missing transparency), we’ll try to notify you so you can resubmit.

Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork, and we are not responsible for print issues caused by the files provided.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
If there’s a production defect or an error on our end, we’ll make it right. If an issue is caused by the artwork submitted, we’ll do our best to help you understand what happened and discuss next steps.
What are the heat pressing instructions?
General heat pressing guidelines:
290°F
8–10 seconds
Hot peel
Repress for 3–5 seconds

Results can vary based on heat press type and garment, so some adjustment may be needed.
Do you ship, and do you offer local pickup?
Yes. We offer shipping, and local pickup is always available.
How do I know what size to make my gang sheet?
If you are using Upload a Gang Sheet, your file should be exactly the size of the gang sheet you are purchasing.

If you are using Build a Gang Sheet, the builder will automatically guide your layout and sizing during setup.
What is the turnaround time for Contract Print N’ Press orders?
Contract Print N’ Press orders have a standard turnaround time of seven business days.
